Q 1. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our cooperated warehouses & factories in the USA and China. So expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different manufacturing areas.
Q 2. How long does it take for my goods to arrive?
A. It usually takes 5-7 business days for all orders to arrive and a maximum of 10 business days. Delivery times vary from product to product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q 3. How long does it take to get a tracking number?
A. It usually takes between 2 - 3 business days.
Q 4. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide.
Q 5. Do you offer Free Shipping?
A. Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above $100.
Q 6: Do I get a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. Absolutely. Our store uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal — all transactions are processed securely.
Q 9. If I enter my email address, will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers' information. Email is only for follow-up and to send newsletters about our promotions and new arrivals.
Q 10. What is your return/refund policy?
We offer a 15-day guarantee. If your product does not meet your expectations or is not as described, please contact us at Support@paakaikukui.store within 15 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
Q 11. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at Support@paakaikukui.store if you need to change or cancel your order. Once an order has been sent to production we are unable to make changes.
Q 12. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry if that happens! Please email us at Support@paakaikukui.store with your order number and a photo of the item and we will resolve it promptly.
Q 13. Do you offer exchanges?
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. Please contact us at Support@paakaikukui.store and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
